Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 28, 2026
Digital Properties Group Inc. (“Digital Properties Group”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect Personal Information when you visit https://digitalproperties.works (the “Site”), use software or hosted applications we provide, or otherwise interact with us.

- Advertising platforms (e.g., conversion data)
- Social media platforms (if you interact with our content or message us)
2.4 Meta Platform Data (Facebook & Instagram Messaging)
We develop and operate business software that integrates with Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”) technologies, including messaging integrations for Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts.
When a business authorizes our software through Meta Business Manager, the software accesses the following data through Meta’s Graph API on that business’s behalf:
- Messages sent to and from the business’s Facebook Page or connected Instagram professional account, including message content, attachments, reactions, and timestamps
- Basic profile information of conversation participants (name and profile picture) as made available by Meta for customer-service purposes
- Page and account metadata needed to establish and maintain the connection (Page name, ID, and connection status)
This data is used solely to enable the authorizing business to read and respond to its own customer conversations from within its own business-management system. Specifically:
- Platform data is stored on the authorizing business’s own server, not in a central repository operated for other purposes.
- We do not sell Platform data, use it for advertising, build profiles from it, or share it with third parties except as required to provide the service or comply with law.
- When a sender deletes (“unsends”) a message on Facebook or Instagram, the software honors Meta’s deletion notification and removes the message content from the business’s system.
- Our use of Platform data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Data deletion requests: To request deletion of data obtained through a Meta integration, email hello@digitalproperties.works with the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account involved. We will confirm deletion once completed. Disconnecting the integration in Meta Business Manager also stops all further data access.
